Jael Chambers

Jael K.D.L.V. Chambers is an emerging voice in topics focused on diversity, multiethnic leadership, cultural diversity, race, gender, and racial identity development. He is passionate about helping leaders in organizations not just function, but also thrive in diverse settings in how they think, react, communicate, and serve when it comes to other cultures and ethnicities. It is his belief that when leaders create healthy cultural systems and structures that are truly diverse then it creates unity in the work settings and productivity. Jael K.D.L.V. Chambers holds a Masters in Urban Studies with a concentration in Cultural Psychology in Racial Identity Development; and Bachelors degree. Over the last 10 years, Jael has worked with adolescents, millennials, non-profits, colleges, and for-profits to increase diversity in their individual settings. He is also an adjunct professor where he teaches Cultural Diversity course. In his spare time, Jael loves to spend quality time with his wife, going shopping, exploring different cities, and mentoring adolescents in the city.
