Daunté Cardiel
Daunté is based out of Denver, Colorado. He has years of being developed through urban leadership development programs that have create a deep understanding of leadership development pipeline. Daunté specifically remembers how the Emerging Leaders Program, a program that Thriving Culture, LLC has helped lead and scale, has impacted his understanding of racial and gender identity development. More specifically, he has learned how to work through his Latinx ethnic identity and can now proficiently dissect and train on racial-ethnic identity development. He loves empowering young leaders to change their communities and developing them by identifying their strengths and helping them understand how to leverage who they are.
Daunté has formed a desire and passion for Cultural Intelligence as he now understands how cultural intelligence is a crucial skill-set that will guide what executive leaders will be promoted in a globalized and connected multi-ethnic workforce.
